Tummy time today!

It wasn't too bad-I didn't cry at all...my mommie was surprised. Preston's first tummy time was full of tears.

Apparently, it's tiring having a baby like me in the house...

And since I'm getting all the attention, Preston had to dress himself and ended up like this...
I don't even know how he managed to do that?
Yawn-I'm tired too...

Preston is helping daddy feed me. 

He then laid down on the couch with me. What a good big brother he is!
That's when I noticed that he got a black eye! Apparently, he ran into a bar stool at Grandpa's house when running around too fast.

today was my 2 week well-health check-up with my dr. 

weight: 8 lbs 14 oz

height: no change

diagnosis: HEALTHY :)

the red line in my right eye is a burst capillary, which is just a fancy way of saying there was too much pressure during the birth/delivery process and one of the veins in my eye burst. The dr. said it was really common and should go away in a few weeks.

Jaundice=ALL GONE!!! 

he felt bad that I had to go through all the pokes and blood work as well. I had 2 vials of blood drawn everyday for the first week I was born!!! that's a lot of blood for a little newborn :(

i had a big explosionary poop this morning that my mommie and daddy had to wake up to, and now i'm having another one, so my mommie needs to go clean me up!

my parents have started supplementing my diet with formula, and that's helped my sleeping habits...well, my mommie is furiously knocking on wood as this is being typed. i think she's scared of having to hold me 24/7 forever ;)

my social security card came today.

preston came home to give me a big hug...

but does he have to squish me so tightly???

A little bit about me, I was born on 7/13/09 at 6:20am, and weighed in at 8 pounds 13 ounces. Height was 21.53 inches.

I will be your host for the next year or so as we can see that Preston (my big brother) has not been keeping up with this site (well...or should we say mommie *ahem*).

Ah, so tiring sitting in the sun doing nothing.
My Auntie Katie thinks I look like a little old man. Well, I hate to brag, but it's because of babies like me that inspire Hollywood movies like Benjamin Button, you know, when Brad Pitt was born an old man...
Here's my and my big bro :) He loves me so much! He always wants to hold me and kiss me and play with me...usually when I'm trying to sleep, but no matter.
